Hi, its hmsleilani and today I am going to tell you guys about what happened during my winter break.

Winter break is the longest break at my school besides summer. It’s for celebrating Christmas and New Years with your family. I couldn’t wait until Christmas. I was thinking what it will be like after the New Year comes. I was a bit sad and happy at the same time. My sisters and I were all on our winter break. Our older sister got to go on winter break a week before we did, so she basically had a 3-week winter break while we had 2 weeks.

We didn’t really do much during the winter break. It was kind of boring because we had nothing to do except to stay home all do long. We only go out on Saturdays because we have art classes on that day, but we normally go straight home after that. My older sister has to work now that she is in high school so I might have to start working when I get to high school. I was so excited about Christmas and New years eve.

After winter break and New Years, winter break started to get more fun. We had a sleepover with our friends. We got them some gifts. When they left our house we had to clean up because our house was very messy. We found some things that they left at our house while we were cleaning. That was basically my winter break. I didn’t do much except for Christmas, New Years, and at our sleepover, we had that was on Januray 2.

Hi, it’s hmsleilani and today I am going to talk about the sleepover my sister and I had over our break.

We had a lot of fun during our sleepover. We had a few friends come over which was about four people, so there were six girls in total. We had the sleepover on January 2, which was the day after New Years. We were supposed to have it on December 22, but most of us couldn’t make it. Our older sister and our mom were there when we went shopping at the mall. We had a bunch of challenges ready for the sleepover. It kind of sounds a bit crazy, but we planned the sleepover in November and had it in January.

When our last friend got to our house, we had a prank ready for them. We pranked them with Oreos filled with toothpaste, and a drink that had food dye, lemon juice, and slat in it, which was one of the grossest things ever. We pretended that the drink was grape juice so she would fall for it. We shopped at the mall for almost 4 hours and we had other things planned for the day.  We went to go get matching shirts to wear, but the thing is that the shirts were made for adults. So most of us got them in extra small sizes, which was still a bit too big for us to wear.

We got some gifts for each other while we were at the mall. When we came home, we exchanged our gifts and opened them which was really fun. Later in the day, we did our challenges which was pretty much of a mess. We then showered our dogs, Beast, Beauty, and Bubbles. It was so funny watching one of our friends wash them because they didn’t know what to do. We just talked and hung out in our room at night. We did the lie detector test to see who was lying about things, but we didn’t go too personal. That was a great way to start my 2019.
